I'm a wife, a mom, and a proud retired military spouse. My roots started in Tennessee, but the desert has claimed a special piece of my heart, and the outdoors is where I feel most grounded and at peace — that, along with being an animal lover, shapes a lot of how I show up in life and in the therapy room.
I believe therapy is a partnership — a safe, nonjudgmental space where you're free to show up as your authentic self. My own path through change, transition, and the many roles life asks us to carry has given me a deep appreciation for how hard — and how possible — real growth is.
My faith is an important part of who I am, and I approach every person with respect for their own beliefs, values, and experiences. I genuinely enjoy walking alongside clients as they process difficult emotions and find greater confidence and understanding within themselves.
My hope is that our work together becomes a place where you feel supported, empowered, and encouraged toward a life that aligns with your goals and values.
